Content is customised to your organisation’s needs and focuses on developing human-centric skills such as people management, Emotional Intelligence and the critical transferable skills needed for the 21st century.
Our training is supported by Everything DiSC and the Five Behaviours Profiling assessments that give insights into your personal management style and workplace priorities.
We also support with team and individual coaching.

Problem Solving & Innovation Workshops using Design Thinking Workshops

ReWired HR Consultants was founded by Rachel Falzon in 2019. She holds post-graduate certification in Education and an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading with a specialisation in the role of HR. She has over 25 years’ experience in Learning and Development, has set up a professional communication skills training company and held the position of Director of Studies. She then moved on to become Strategic HR Business Partner, Change Management Consultant and held the position of Advisory Manager with one of the Big Four.
