I together with my Senior Management Team are very happy to have participated in the engaging, informative, and extremely valuable Design Thinking workshop organised by Rachel. Rachel presented us with a hands-on, activity-based session built around the Design Thinking process focusing on dissecting and understanding different generations and corresponding mind-sets. The outcome was beneficial in helping us comprehend different approaches to staff engagement.

Rachel's training in early 2020 couldn't have come at a better time - just right before COVID-19 struck. We became a lot closer as leaders of the company and could face the new challenges that COVID-19 brought on us. Understanding each other's strengths and weaknesses as a team through a range of exercises as well as learning more about the principles of leadership helped us to sustain all our clients and not lose any team members.

Rachel has provided the Institute with top class training services for our members and the attendees have provided us with excellent feedback on her ability to deliver and her teaching skills. She managed to engage attendees and motivated them to work on interpersonal skills, enhancing and easing communication and leadership traits. Throughout all this (change), it's not easy to motivate your teams and make your clients feel you are close to them. Not easy to avoid conflict and maintain camaraderie.

Her background and exposure to many similar situations helps us understand that our challenges are not the result of our failures. She is not a therapist but working with her can be therapeutic. Values we did not previously discuss or hold in particularly high regard, like Emotional Intelligence, come into focus after a number of sessions with her and remained with us long after.

Businesses need outsiders to come in and tell us what they see. Outsiders they can trust.

Rachel earned our trust and our respect and we will continue to work with her on an ongoing basis.

I worked with Rachel on the San Anton School Board, and I have only praise for her. She is very methodological and has an eye for detail when it comes to organisational and people related challenges. She was capable of identifying forthcoming issues before they arose and propose practical solutions which can fix them. She can quickly turn around a struggling organisation through her calm yet decisive approach. Her skill set is unique, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
